FAQ

Is it free?

Yes. Demonii is a free, open, public tracker. Anyone may announce to it — no accounts, no API keys, no registration.

Do you keep logs?

No. The tracker keeps nothing beyond what is needed to operate the swarm. Stats shown here are aggregate counters only.

Which protocol?

UDP tracker protocol (BEP 15) on port 1337. The hostname is dual-stack — IPv4 and IPv6 announce to the same address.

Can I add it to my torrents?

Yes — just include the announce URL in the torrent or magnet tracker list, or add it in your client's settings.

Is there a rate limit?

Be reasonable: respect the announce interval your client receives and don't scrape aggressively. Abusive sources get filtered.

What does the status pill check?

Every ~90 seconds this server performs a real UDP announce handshake against the tracker and reports the round-trip result.
